Returns
You may return the scarf in 30 days. Please note that it should be in the same condition as it was when it arrived, including the packaging.
We offer prepaid complimentary returns for customers from the US. Customers from other countries may also return an item, but they will have to cover the shipping costs.
To decrease environmental impact we don not print return labels for every scarf in advance but only when a return is needed.
To make a return please contact customer support via e-mail: info@luminuarna.com, and we will send you a link to download and print out the return label. It can be printed on standard paper and attached to the shipping box.
The item will be inspected on return and if it is undamaged and in the suitable condition (as it was when you got it), we will make a refund.
Returned items are your responsibility until they arrive at our place, so please ensure they are packed properly and can't get damaged on the way.
Also please note that the item should be shipped in the same shipping box you received due to its non-standard size (16x2 in), otherwise the standard box offered by the post office will have to be very big. Thank you for understanding.
