We ship within 1-2 days after order placement and offer free Fedex Ground delivery across the US. Delivery time across the US depends on the state you are in. We ship from California. Express option is also available, and you may choose it at checkout as well as see the rate for your zipcode. If you live in another country, we can ship internationally. Both standard and express options are available and are calculated at checkout automatically after entering your address.

Our scarves are made from 100% natural silk. Thus, it is recommended to use dry clean for cleaning purposes. However, if your scarf accidentally gets wet (for example in the rain), don't worry. You may even sprinkle the scarf with clean water if you want to remove stubborn wrinkles, should there happen to be such. You may also use steamer or steam iron in a delicate silk mode from the back side to remove wrinkles. To avoid creasing it might be a good idea to keep the scarf on a fabric hanger. Please also mind sharp objects including jewelery that may damage the delicate silk fabric.

You may return the scarf in 30 days. Please note that it should be in the same condition as it was when it arrived, including the packaging. We offer prepaid complimentary returns for customers from the US. To decrease environmental impact we don not print return labels for every scarf in advance but only when a return is needed. To make a return please contact customer support via e-mail: info@luminuarna.com, and we will send you a link to download and print out the return label. It can be printed on standard paper and attached to the shipping box. The item will be inspected on return and if it is undamaged and in the suitable condition (as it was when you got it), we will make a refund. Also please note that the item should be shipped in the same shipping box you received due to its non-standard size (16x2 in), otherwise the standard box offered by the post office will have to be very big.
